For families coming back for more sleep support with Windsor Moon

I’ve worked with you before—can I just ask a quick question?

I'm always so happy to hear from returning families! That said, once a package has ended, continued support does require a new engagement. My time, energy, and attention are dedicated to each family I work with, and I want to make sure I’m fully present and responsive when you need help again. You can choose from a tune-up session, a refresher package, or a discounted full plan. If you are unsure, just ask.

Do returning families get a discount?

Yes! If you’ve completed a full coaching package (Silver, Gold, or Platinum Moon) within the past 6 months, you’ll receive 10% off any new support package. I also offer scaled-down support options just for returning clients if you don’t need a full plan again.

What kind of support do returning clients have access to?

You’ve got options, depending on what kind of guidance you need:

  • Tune-Up Call – $125
    A one-time, 30-minute call to troubleshoot a current issue like a regression, nap transition, or schedule reset. This is ideal if you’ve got one specific thing you want help with and are otherwise in a solid place.

  • Refresher Package – $225
    Includes a 30-minute call and one full week of email support with log review. This is best for families who want to implement a small shift but would like feedback and accountability along the way.

  • Full Coaching Packages (like Gold Moon)
    If you’re starting from scratch again—or working on something new entirely, like transitioning rooms, sibling dynamics, or significant regressions—you can opt for a full plan. Returning families receive 10% off.

I bought a package a few months ago—can we just pick back up?

If it’s been more than a month or two since we wrapped up, we’ll need to restart with a fresh check-in or package. Babies change a lot in a short time, so I’ll want to understand your current routines and goals to give you meaningful support. I do keep your past sleep log and plan notes on file, so we won’t be starting completely from zero—but a new engagement helps us both show up with full clarity.

What if I’m working on sleep for a different child?

Sibling coaching is always welcome! If we’ve worked together in the past, you’ll still receive returning-client pricing, even if we’re working with a new baby or toddler. I’ll have you fill out a new intake, and we’ll build a plan that fits your whole family’s dynamic.

Do you offer ongoing or extended support?

Yes. If you've recently completed a coaching plan and want to stay connected through sleep transitions (e.g., travel, dropping naps, etc.), I offer weekly support extensions or follow-up sessions at $95 each. These are only available to returning clients.

Can I just get help with one nap issue or travel coming up?

Absolutely. That’s what the Tune-Up Call or Refresher Package is designed for. If you’re not sure how much support you need, I’m happy to help you decide.

What’s not included after my package ends?

Once your original support window (usually 1–2 weeks post-coaching) ends, I no longer monitor your sleep log, reply to emails/texts, or adjust plans unless you book new support. I know it can feel like we’re still in the zone—but defining that boundary helps me give every family the full support they deserve (including yours!).

How do I book a return session?
